early 2020 release? Or Fall 2019?
Nintendo's presentation is over? What happened? I'm tying to find all the games, so far I've only found the new Smash Bros. I will keep looking, cause that can't be it.
If Carnage is in the game, then I take it back, I might be in.
When you put a big pile of poop in front of such quality games, it's just not right. Something is not right. I mean is it about games or is it about the presentation of the conference? Some people saying that the music acts were bad and the physical setups we bad. To me that's just garbage. It seems like people just want talking points or flamebait or whatever. Maybe it wasn't there best conference but it was far from bad, I saw too many cool games for it to be bad.
XBOX One's plan was to showcase the entire industry of third party games and hope just a few people would be too dumb to know that all those games are also on PS4. I guess that's one way to make your press conference more exciting than the competition.
PS4 just chilled back and while they had a few surprises of their own, they mostly just showcased the substance of their exclusive games.
As a Playstation fan, I think we dropped the ball just a lit...
Maybe it didn't, I'm just not a fan of that kind of game. Not into super hero games. I just heard a few people saying they weren't so sure about it after watching the newest trailer.
I thought it was about a tie. Playstation showed the 2 games I cared most about in The Last of Us 2 and Resident Evil remake. Their exclusives looked very good but they allowed XBOX One to reveal way too many third party games that are also coming to PS4, and that probably made the XBOX One conference more exciting that it needed to be.
Will any of this affect sales? I still think PS4 had the better exclusives and still getting all those third party games XBOX One revealed....
The public is always right when you are tying to make business. So if the word is that the conference underwhelmed, then it did. I thought it was solid and saw plenty I liked but many people are saying otherwise, so then I have to wonder where it went wrong.
For me Last of Us 2 was amazing, and so was Ghosts of Tushima, but Ghosts is not a big well known franchise and I'm not sure if the game will have big mainstream appeal or not. After that, I do think that Spiderman ...
When I said Last of US 2 killed it, I mean it was amazing. It totally owned! Just making sure there is no confusion there.
No, it was a solid press conference but clearly not their best, they seem to feel they have this gen won and they probably do. For being in cruise control it was still pretty good, Last of Us 2 totally killed it, and the Resident Evil 2 remake looks sick, like a true remake not just a copy of the original at all. When you have games like that, you can't bust. As much of XBOX One tried, they can't hide that they don't have that many AAA exclusives. So while they revealed more games...
I've decided to give this a chance. From what I understand it's still a quest game with a storyline but you can take the journey on with friends or play it alone if you want. Kind of like Dark Souls or even "I hate saying it" but Destiny, yes it's an online world but it doesn't mean the main focus has to be team frag matches. I personally did enjoy making my own settlements in Fallout 4 with all the fences, neon lights, decorations, and there were times I thought... ...
This does look pretty cool, and Rage 2 also looks amazing. I"m really divided on how I feel about Fallout 76 but overall I think Bethesda had a good confrence.
So divided on this. Partly I'm disappointed and thinking, it's what I feared, just an online game not a real fallout game. But there was times when I played Fallout 4 and I was building my settlements that I felt this would be perfect to create and share, and have other people see my settlement and vise versa. So I can see the idea, and it might be fun. I'm just so divided, never been this divided about a game. They did mentioned you could play on your own but are they really taki...
Why? All the best games shown are also on PS4. I can see people saying it was a good conference but shifting the tide because they showed next installments of Halo and Gears. Those franchises aren't what they use to be. And they bought Ninja Theory and added a few more games to game pass.
Wasn't thrilled by this for some reason, I love the original Dying light and I've wanted a sequel but I couldn't tell this was Dying light till they said so, where were the zombies? I'm sure there is plenty of zombies they just wanted to focus on what's new. I like zombie games, when it comes to dying light 2, I just want to see zombies, zombies, zombies.
I think all the rumors of it being some online vault builder or some spinoff game is over. They said it's 4 times the size of Fallout 4 and showed the character walking out in the wasteland in a West Virginia prequel. It might have some online play also which doesn't have to be a bad thing, I actually thought Fallout 4 could of used some type of online mode especially with the building of your own settlements. But I'm pretty sure this is a proper Fallout installment, similar to ho...
Where is this franchise at now? I'm confused, does this take place after or before Gears 4? That girl looks like the girl from Gears 4 which I did't play. I stopped playing Gears after part 2 but I've seen trailers of Gears 4. So is that the same girl from Gears 4? And Marcus looks younger than in Gears 4 though. I'm totally confused where this franchise is at.
I liked it, it gave me rocker kind of vibes that Devil May Cry 3 had. To be honest, it also gave me vibes of the Devil May Cry reboot that everyone hated, which I actually thought was pretty good.
I just didn't see it, yes they showed all these great "also on PS4 games". Where were their AAA exclusives?
All they have is Halo and Gears.
Way overhyped just because it's from the same maker as Witcher 3. I mean people were losing their shit over this game even before the E3 trailer, when all they had seen was a bullet. Even now we still haven't seen any gameplay or know anything about the story.
